BF33 glass is a high-quality borosilicate glass. It has a suitable thermal expansion coefficient, excellent surface flatness, transparency and other material properties, as well as good optical performance. These properties match the special requirements of high-speed laser debonding processes. In wafer thinning processes, BF33 glass wafers can be used for anodic bonding or as carrier wafers.
